Cashins
In order to get your cash-ins processed in the fastest way possible in accordance with the latest money laundering laws, we are pleased to introduce a new, faster and more effective cash-in cycle. This will see you receiving your cash-in in as little as two to five days.The new procedure will work as follows:
As far as possible, your cash-in will be refunded to your credit card(s), against prior purchases made. However, our ability to do so may be limited due to certain banking regulations, and any remaining balance will be sent to you through one of the Alternative Purchase options below:
- FirePay
- NETeller
- PrePaid ATM
- Gaming Card
- PaySpark ATM
(To protect you, we will only deposit your cash-in into one of these Purchase Options if you have used it in the preceding six weeks.)
- The turnaround time for the cash-in to the Alternative Purchase Option is
between two and five days from the time of cashing
in. Please note that certain cash-ins may be segmented, dependent on the
transaction limits applicable to the various mechanisms.
- If you haven't signed up for an Alternative Purchase Option (or you haven't used one for six weeks or longer) you will be given the option of cashing in as you normally would through ACH, Payspark ATM or Check.
- ACH (Automated Clearing House) cash-in:
Payment will take eight days to reach your bank account.
- Check cash-in:
Check by normal post is free of charge, and takes up to 21 days for delivery.
- Check by Fedex
This option costs $35, and takes four to five working days for delivery.
*Cashcheck™ - a cash transaction reporting tool that provides a complete statement of cash transactions made by you and made to you by the casino. This allows you to know exactly how you have been paid out (through check, credit card, etc.) and how you have made your purchases.
Reverse Cash-ins
You have the option of reversing you cash-in within a 48-hour time period. Only your pending cash-ins will be available for reversal and you will only be able to reverse the full amount shown.
