I drove an new Accord for 2 years and never had a problem with it. It had a nice smooth ride. It was GREAT on gas too! In this price range, you may want to check out the Mercury Milan and that other Mercury car…I can’t remember the name. I’ve heard great thing about them for performance and safety, plus the price is great and they look a LOT like a Cadi CTS, which is double the price. I was very pleased with my Accord and I even made money on it when trading it in! They have a high resale value.
My friend loves her Saturn. It looks very nice, much different than the older ones. She says it is good on gas and has lots of extra features.
I’ve had very bad luck with all Chrysler cars, Jeeps and do not recommend anyone ever buying one. The service is terrible. I had a Jeep that had major problems at 3,000 miles and the customer service was awful! It was in the shop for 10 days, then again for 5 days. All I did was wait and complain and nobody ever cared.

I bought an accord 2 years ago. I test drove the camry, malibu, and altima. I’ve been very happy with the honda, it just felt better while test driving and was smoother than the rest. My sister has a civic and loves it.

Toyota’s hold their value pretty good. Toyota’s and Honda’s are good on gas, which is a good thing these days. There’s a website that can tell you. Type in Auto History in your search bar and see what it brings up.
I had a Toyota Corolla LE. I purchased it from a rental car agency. It was a great car. FYI…rental car companies must keep their cars in good shape in order to rent them, despite what you may of heard.

I just got a honda accord in january, they cost a little more but in the long run it’s worth it! the gas mileage and the comfort of the vehicle is excellent! i am very happy with the car espically the gas mileage!!! good luck and i hope you find you a car!!

  7. dude says:

Toyota’s are a very good buy and have an excellent track record of customer satisfaction! Have you considered a
Hyundai? Hyundai has a great reputation and a 10 year/ 100,000 mile warranty! And, usually cost less than most of the competition! I hope this helps with your decision…I would compare Toyota’s & Hyundai’s and go with the best deal!

I have a 2004 Impala. I love it. We’ll be trading in soon and will get another one. All pro’s no con’s. The one thing I need that the Impala doesn’t have is more seating…but that’s not their fault. For the money the Impala is roomy and has been an excellent car.
    Good Luck.

To get the best price on the vehicle, do internet sales – what that means, is go to the dealers websites and pick the car you want, (they have to have it at that dealer) and have them price it for you. It’s the best low hassle easy to deal with way to get the cheapest price on a car. If you can – email multiple dealers – if they have the same car you want and have them bid. I’ve done it before, in 2004, we got a 2004 Honda Civic (middle model) – we got a few options added to it, and we emailed 4 dealers in our area, the best price we got was $1500 under INVOICE. only 1 dealer could give us that price, all 3 others told us they couldn’t afford to giev us that price. (NEW CAR). So.. once you have picked a car – that’s your best option. I’ve bought 4 cars via internet pricing – all dealers do it – we purchased 3 other luxury cars and the prices were also under invoice – brand new with good options.

It depends on what bells and whistles each car has and what you are looking for the price and check out the warranty.
